2020年10月31日 · I left BFV some time ago and haven’t played since. I was hoping that the arrival of the PlayStation 5 potentially could revive my enthusiasm towards playing the game again. I know the game isn’t officially supported anymore, but still interesting to know whether BFV would be able to use any of the benefits of the PS5 system.

2022年1月26日 · 1800p is the just the PS4 pro upgrade being emulated on PS5. I have both BFV and 2042 on PS5. 2042 is far sharper with native 4K. DICE will never add any further support like that to BFV. 2042 should get an adaptive trigger update at some point as they've said it would be implemented in the past.

2023年2月11日 · Bfv is pretty active. 2042 has crossplay with PC so you always have people but is usually a nightmare matchup. Crossplay off numbers depend on your region. On SEA its basically empty.

Seems like the PS5 unlocks the frame rate but they haven't patched the PlayStation version for 4k resolution... As someone else has said, that could be down to no longer supporting the game. Pretty dissapointing xbox Series X players get 4k 60fps whilst PS5 players get a lesser experience. Especially when 6 won't be out for another year.

2023年6月28日 · Bfv is not cross platform, but is cross generation..ps4/ps5 play on same servers..xbox same. 2042 Is cross platform, but not cross generation. As in, ps5 can play with ps4 only if ps5 downloads the ps4 edition and boots that up.

2021年2月15日 · - I have tried multiple PS5 controllers all exhibiting the same behaviour - I have tried reseting my PS5 to factor default - I have tried rebuilding the PS5 database - Under BFV audio settings, VOIP is enabled - If I'm in a party, the mic works as intended. I press mute, and I can hear everyone in the party.
