Bhie could be like "bee", or like byeh, or with a glottal stop at the end, etc, didn't wanna make assumptions. I dunno I don't hear it alot in my friend circle. But yeah, if it's service workers or you're in a professional setting, calling someone beh I think is inappropriate.
