Download the Biamp Tesira USB audio driver for Windows. The USB port on both Tesira devices accept the USB Type B (or standard-B) connector of an A-to-B USB cable. The Tesira devices are USB peripherals and cannot host other USB devices.

The EX-UBT is an AVB/USB expander for use in Tesira® systems. It provides reliable digital audio I/O via USB in installations currently served by USB extenders where the USB connection distance exceeds the maximum allowable cable length of 5 meters.

The EX-UBT provides a USB Type B connector for physically connecting a 3rd party device and a standard AVB and Control RJ45 to connect to the AVB network. The EX-UBT comes equipped with a 4.5 ft (1.4 m) USB cable and Near Field Communication (NFC) tags for quick Bluetooth pairing on capable/enabled devices.

TesiraFORTÉ USB USB is available on TesiraFORTÉ and EX-UBT devices (see EX-UBT for USB information specific to that device). The USB initialization dialog allows the selection of three different operational modes.

However, Biamp cannot guarantee a full or even limited compatibility with all the several devices available on the market.
