Dr Biao Cai joined the University of Birmingham in October 2017 as a Lecturer of Metallurgy and Materials. His role is to co-ordinate the University’s activities with Diamond Light Source (UK’s synchrotron X-ray) to facilitate the Diamond Birmingham Collaboration.
