Bikal (ビカル, Bikaru; English TV "Vikal") is a warrior from the 2nd Universe. Bikal is shown to be very loyal to her teammates, especially Sanka Ku. This is shown when Bikal saves Sanka from being ringed out by Lapis. The two women are very close, with Helles stating that they are the perfect representation of Universe 2: Cooperation through love.

Harmira and Bikal are knocked off off-panel. Ribrianne, Kakunsa, and Roasie battle Android 18, but all four are knocked out by Gamisaras while fighting. Zirloin, Rabanra and Zarbuto are knocked out of the arena during Kale's rampage and Universe 2 is erased. Members of this team are named after meat.

Grateful, Kakunsa shared a dramatic hug with Bikal. Seeing that Bikal's flying ability was a great boon to her team, 17 targeted Bikal with a vicious assault and eliminated her, enraging Kakunsa. 17 and Kakunsa then continued their battle briefly before 17 gathered his energy and blasted Kakunsa out of the arena.

During the Tournament of Power, Bikal fought as a warrior on Team Universe 2. Bikal was seen as she witnessed Kale about to fire her Blaster Meteor alongside Borareta and Rubalt. Later on, she, along with several other members of her team, cheer on the Kamikaze Fireballs during their transformation sequence.

Bikal is later revived with her universe when Android 17 uses the Super Dragon Balls to resurrect all of the universes that were erased. Bikal is seen crying tears of joy with the rest of her team as they are being cheered on by a crowd of people. During the Tournament of Power, Bikal fought as a warrior on Team Universe 2.
