The shop’s owner, Chitoshi Nakahara, came up with the idea for beer made with milk after hearing about a milk surplus. The beer is about 30% milk, but reportedly looks and tastes like ordinary beer after fermentation.

2020年5月20日 · I drink homemade bilk regularly. It taste best with a stout or porter and you have to use whole milk. Its honestly great and it taste like alcoholic iced coffee. The best is an 80:20 blend of a milk stout and coffee creamer but that's creer not bilk.
