2013年7月10日 · if in doubt, call BISL and give them the payment ref on your statement, they can confirm then and there who it is for. was a weird coincidence for me.. i went in all guns blazing for a complaint, only to find out that they manage santander (i checked after and its legit) but were coincidentally my insurance provider last year!! hope this helps

I found them to be inflexible, discourteous and arrogant. Their call centres are manned by poorly trained robots with the all the customer care skills of a baboon. h

2015年4月10日 · BISL - even the name makes me suspicious of what they are all about - that word 'Budget' smacks of cutting corners, nit-picking, and reducing costs - not necessarily for the benefit of the customer. That is one long list of things that they need to be notified about.

2015年4月11日 · Really? I was originally with Auto and General which like DD are under the BISL umbrella. It went to DD after Auto and General said they won't be doing car insurance moving forward. The underwriter is BISL. That was always the case and I'm led to believe that is where the problem was.

2015年4月14日 · If bisl feel that they want to take this all the way to the ombudsman, then they will have to pay the fos fee (win or lose) of £550. So the OP should await the outcome of his formal complaint and any subsequent complaint to the FOS before getting involved in court fees/legal advice etc
