BLF, or Busy Lamp Field, is one of the most popular and powerful features of our Cloud Phone System and modern IP Phones. You will need to use an IP Phone or Softphone that supports the BLF feature. BLF is enabled by default on our cloud phone systems. So most of the BLF setup is done on the phone itself.

In order to activate the BLF feature for any speed dial, please select “Busy lamp (Aastra, Polycom and Yealink)” as the drop down value for the “Button on telephones:” field when adding a new speed dial.
