We are independent and locally owned, putting people above profits. We partner with other local business owners often, and provide a space for food vendors so we may both better serve our customers.

Padre SD Pilsner Combining German grown barley with a light handed amount of Cascade hops in the kettle, we created a blend of old world pale lager and west coast pils base. Then, Mosaic hops added at the tail end of fermentation brings even more West Coast influence into this crisp and easy gulping pilsner bier. 5%

Local to North County, we strive to create a welcoming environment in our San Marcos tasting room which sits at the confluence of old and new neighborhoods.
