Truth # 4 There is no "rare" pit bull color. And the color of a dog's nose does not indicate it is a certain "type" of pit bull. Color is simply an expression of genetic code concerning coat color.

I wish I had stumbled upon this forum back then, because I would have been much more informed regarding pit health conditions, diet, etc. I now stay away from harsh medications to treat my dog's allergy issues. As Blue_Nose_Bella said, skin issues are very common and the forum has tons of info. Zymox really does work wonders for the ears.
