2018年9月14日 · I've already reinstalled the game. The game startups up, I can hear the intro screen audio, and then the mouse cursor pops up over a blank screen. I can move the cursor around, but can't click on anything and can't see any visuals other than the mouse cursor.

2019年10月14日 · As far as I know you cannot roll back update versions on the Xbox. However, if I do launch the game without updating to the latest version for the game, it launches to the title screen. Not sure but for some reason the latest Xbox update is conflicting with the Bo4 update, at least on my Xbox as it is working as intended on my other Xbox.

Try doing a reset of the graphics settings back to their default settings. Reboot your computer in case you have pending installs. If you are running an antivirus software, we recommend adding the entire Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 game folder to your antivirus exception list.

I tried finding it on their code page but it isn't there and I can't find any mention of it anywhere else, only the nora and collar ones.

2020年7月4日 · My BO4 is a digital game, no disc, and this Xbox is not in the beta. I was able to play the game on my second Xbox One (that I own) with no problem, so it's doesn't seem to be a problem with Xbox Live Services or my profile. My Xbox says it has the latest update. The connection is wired.

Follow these steps to check for updates: Check your game disc for abrasions, scratches, or dust. If the disc is dirty, clean it with a soft cotton cloth dampened with water. Wipe the non-label side from the center straight out to the edges. Be sure your disc is completely dry before inserting it back into your PlayStation 4.
