Boethiah and Mephala both seem pretty evil to me. The Good Daedra were the friends of the followers of Veloth, those rootless refugees that went on to become the Chimer and thence the Dunmer. They taught Veloth's people how to survive. Simplifying greatly, Boethia taught them War, Mephala taught them Espionage and Azura taught them Diplomacy.
