Bojji (ボッジ, Bojji) is the main protagonist of Ousama Ranking. He's the crown prince of the Bosse Kingdom, son of King Bosse and Queen Sheena, step-son of Queen Hiling, and older half-brother of Prince Daida. Bojji is an abnormally-petite teenage boy with fluffy black hair, black eyes, and rosy cheeks. He strongly resembles his mother, Queen Sheena.

Kage (カゲ, Kage) is a character in Ousama Ranking. He is a member of the Shadow clan originally from the Bo Kingdom, and Prince Bojji 's friend and bodyguard. Kage appears to be a small black puddle with two slanted, blue eyes. He has two arms that disappear into his body when unused, and a third arm-stalk that serves as a mouth.

And the wayward in this Ranking just gets all scary... The relationship between Bojji and Kage worth more than gold. Visiting the king of the underworld didn't quite yield the results Kage and Bojji were hoping for.

I suspect that every character has a secret crush on Bojji, the cute marshmallow sunshine chad, because the opening shows the entire cast walking behind him. Feels like they all support Bojji from a distance because of how kind Bojji is.

Kage has been shown to always be by Bojji's side and help him out in combat whenever it is needed. Rapier. Bojji's main weapon in combat. Bojji uses this in order to to strike his opponent's weak points. After completing special training with Despa, Bojji has learned how to defeat enemies using his agility and precision rather than raw power.
