You will be prompted to enter a code that is sent to you by email or text message to log into MyChart, in addition to using your username and password. As of October 7, 2024 , when you log into MyChart for the first time, you will be prompted to set up two-step verification.

Accessing your Bon Secours MyChart is easy. Log in to see information from any recent patient visits, refill prescriptions, schedule an Evisit or to get in touch with your caregiver.

If you do not remember any of this information, or you do not have a valid e-mail address on file, you will have to contact your MyChart help desk at 1(866)385-7060 to help you regain access to your MyChart account.

A Bon Secours primary provider will review your Evisit answers, along with your medical record information, and recommend a treatment plan to you electronically through your Bon Secours MyChart account.
