We went on the 4 spot island hopping tour worth 3k for 1 boat (Biliran Sandbar, Kwebang Lampas, Dampalitan Island and finally Borawan Island). Biliran Sandbar - beautiful but swimming is difficult due to so many urchins (smaller variety ones).
