When it comes to art style, the Boruto one could look amazing with Shippuden story and characters. Both are great imo. The art style isn't what bothers me about Boruto. Based on the hype around the staff behind the episode this wasn't "standard" Boruto episode. Everyone is gonna say Naruto obviously. It's not even a fair comparison tbh.

2022年5月25日 · In kawaki vs garou, the artstyle really fit the tone of the series is taking, even the filler is getting somewhat more serious. To clarify, I am not talking about better animation for the boruto episodes, strictly artstyle. Just because there is a superior artstyle doesn’t necessarily mean harder to animate/draw.
