Bowman Bay is a bay in the state of Washington, United States. It was formerly called Reservation Bay, having been part of a military reservation . In 1977 it was given its current name in honor of Amos Bowman, an American settler of nearby Fidalgo Island .

Deception Pass State Park is a 4,134-acre marine and camping park with 77,000 feet of saltwater shoreline, and 33,900 feet of freshwater shoreline on three lakes. Rugged cliffs drop to meet the turbulent waters of Deception Pass. The park is outstanding for breath-taking views, old-growth forests and abundant wildlife.

From there, paddlers can avoid the strong currents in the narrows of Deception Pass, opting to explore sea cliffs to the north, tiny Deception Island, and the handsome coastline of Rosario Beach.

Bowman Bay is one of the more popular areas of Deception Pass State Park, and for good reason. Its beach is large enough to accommodate the traffic it receives without feeling too crowded.
