2019年3月16日 · I have owned BR550s, BR600s, a BR700, and now a BR800. The 550, 600, and 700 were all good, but not much difference between them, IMHO. I also had a couple of EBZ8500s. The 800 is far and away the most powerful of the bunch. I sold a nearly new BR700 just so I could justify the purchase of the 800. Glad I did.

2017年3月26日 · For the brief one day i owned a br700, i wasn't impressed, i mow tall, wet thick grass often, and it sticks to any hard surface, the large diameter tube didn't have the breaking force to move the wet grass, like my pb770t or my br600, so i returned it the next day and came home with a br450, it has been great, im sure the 700 …

2017年5月9日 · I want to stay with my dealer so all other brands besides Stihl are out of the question. Iv got my local S&H farm supply dealer and they're pushing me towards the BR700 because they've phased out they're remaining BR600'S. Now there's another S&H about an hour away that could possibly have a BR600 remaining, I don't know.

2019年7月6日 · Thanks for the input. I've had the br700 for a couple yrs and I'm just overall missing the scouring of my old pb 750 and br 600. I've tried various tips and it helps, but I'm just wanting something else. I'm kinda like weeze as far as leaves as I mulch as they fall mosly. I only have a few reg that get the blow into the woods treatment.

2017年7月13日 · With a round tube, it gets 459 cfm and 154 mph. With the flat tip tube it gets 365 cfm and 190 mph. That represents a decrease of about 25% in cfm and an increase of 25% in mph. Applying that to the BR700's spec of 912 cfm and 166 mph, I would guess that cfms would come down to about 700 while mph would rise to around 200 mph.

2016年11月10日 · Stihl gives you the "average and the "max". The "average" velocity of the BR700 is a disappointing 165MPH. When you compare to the redmax's rating of 206mph it's pretty clear the redmax wins the spec war, which seems to be popular reasoning. However, the "max" rating on the BR700 is 197MPH, which is only 9mph under the redmax.

2017年12月11日 · I agree that the power was the same with the BR600 vs 600 Magnum, but from everything that can be found online, there were in fact changes when they added the Magnum sticker to the BR600. Now, 18 months into the lifecycle of the BR700, they are adding the sticker to that as well. I can't help but to wonder if there were some changes made.

2016年4月15日 · if you want to scour get another 7500, husqvarna 570, or maybe the echo 770. i have many times i dont' want to scour like when i'm blowing sweet gum balls off of a gravel driveway or i'm blowing off driveways with crumbling asphalt or whatever.

2017年6月13日 · We've always run Stihl BR600 blowers & are in the market for another blower. I see that Stihl now has a BR700 in the line-up. I talked to my local Stihl dealer & for what we do (tree work), he said the 600 is better suited while the 700 is better for large leaf jobs. Is this right?
