Property tax bills are available to view, print and pay online starting November 1, 2024. For taxpayers whose bills are paid by escrow arrangement, a courtesy tax bill copy will be mailed in mid-November.

The Broward County Property Appraiser’s Office will conduct a site visit annually upon review and prior to approval of the application for assessment reduction. You may download the Granny Flat application here (PDF format).
