UI teams are going to be very specific, prolly stuff like Kefla/UI/Aohan or Bluku/UI/Krillin, while cell fits with pretty much every other good point. Gotenks + cell in particular can build 3 bars into lvl 3 knockdown, pretty dumb stuff.
