1st April to 30th September. PLEASE CHECK CALENDAR BEFORE YOUR VISIT. The house (when open) opens at 2.00pm. Last entry to the house is 5.00pm. The tea room is open on the same days as the house, from 2.00pm until 5.30pm (last orders).

[1] It was built in an austere neoclassical style between 1780 and 1783 for Edward Loveden Loveden. It remained in the family until sold in 1859 to Robert Tertius Campbell, an Australian.
