Silicon planar Zener diodes. The Zener voltages are graded according to the international E24 standard. Standard Zener voltage tolerance is ± 5 %, indicated by the “C” in the ordering code. Replace “C” with “B” for ± 2 % tolerance. AEC-Q101 qualified available.

Our Zener diodes enjoy tolerances as tight as ±2.0% in voltages ranging from 2.4V to 47V due to an ion-implanted epitaxial wafer process.
