评估脊柱冠状面平衡最常采用的影像学参数为 C7铅垂线(C7 plumb line，C7PL)与骶骨中垂线(center sacral vertical line，CSVL)之间的水平距离(图1)，即冠状面平衡距离(coronal balance distance，CBD)。

2021年3月12日 · Patients were subgrouped according to the preoperative distance between their C7 plumb line and central sacral vertical line (C7-CSVL) as either coronally aligned (type A, C7-CSVL < 3 cm); shifted ≥ 3 cm toward the concavity (type B); or shifted ≥ 3 cm toward the convexity (type C) of the main lumbar curve.

Standing whole-spine radiographic measurements included the Cobb angle of DLS and C7-center sacral vertical line (C7-CSVL; shift to the concave side of the DLS curve indicated a positive value). A baseline Cobb angle ≥10° indicated pre-existing DLS, and Cobb angle deterioration of ≥4° was considered DLS progression.

1．c7椎体中心到骶骨中垂线的距离（c7-csvl） 在全脊柱x线片上，经过骶骨棘突的中心作CSVL，以C7两个椎弓根连线的中点为C7椎体的中心，测量C7中心到该CSVL的距离。
