2022年2月18日 · The LT6 is assembled at the Performance Build Center in Bowling Green. Each engine is hand-assembled by a single builder. It takes roughly three hours to assemble one engine. A plaque called the builder’s badge bridge is installed on the intake of every LT6 and it displays the name of the specialist that assembled that engine.

(And, yes, it’s still got a flat-plane crank.) This incredible engine makes 1,064 horsepower and 828 pound-feet of torque. It is based on the LT6 that is found in the engine bay of the C8 Z06.

2023年6月21日 · I used a regular C8 flag and I think it looks great. It fills the space nicely and doesn't overpower the rest of the cover. I have seen some folks paint the one that is on the cover and most look like shxx, because painting it requires attention to detail and patience.

2022年2月28日 · Amazingly, the flat-plane crank engine is still making 400 +pound-feet of torque at and beyond 5,000 rpm, which is not typical of high-revving, small-displacement engines of any kind. Of course, this engine makes far less peak torque than horsepower, but those limits will only be reached by those that rev it out accordingly.

C1 did. C5 did. C6 did. C7 did. C8 did. So I guess you could really say that trucks typically get the corvette engine platform to work with. I'm not sure why some believe and say that an overhead cam engine and or 4 valves per cylinder, isn't good for or needed for trucks. Like it has some irredeemable quality that isn't good for a truck engine.
