2016年5月5日 · The GACH Relicensing Survey was implemented on March 1, 2016 and merged California’s licensing regulations and statue requirements with elements of the former stand-alone Medication Error Reduction Plan (MERP) survey and Patient Safety Licensing Survey (PSLS) into one survey process.

The MERP survey is a new type of licensing survey for the CDPH Licensing and Certification Program. The Program is committed to developing a survey process that is meaningful, consistent with the statutory language and recognizes the complexity and sophistication associated with medication error reduction strategies.
