Added some more detail and started working on the scheme I’m going to post it with. The gear is a night mare at the moment while retracting. Added a pilot and cockpit.

2022年4月8日 · This Carf Mig-17 looks good, is well made and flies beautifully. The building process was quick and easy, especially for me, as I ordered the gear and doors done at Carf. I built my own cockpit from balsa/plywood and 3D printed parts/pilot. that was the most time consuming part of the whole process.

This fantastic Scale cockpit is a readily built and painted unit, which can be mounted permanently in the big canopy hatch of the model. It includes the sliding rails for the canopy and a linear servo with voltage regulator to operate it.
