You must complete an application for services with Contra Costa County Community Service Bureau. CCC residents only may apply in this county, however there is a HEAP office in every county across California. Provides case assistance for aged, blind, or diabled legal immigrants who do not qualify for Supplemental Security Income (SSI) due to their immigration status. Recipients are eligible for In Home Supportive Services (IHSS) if there is a need for in-home care.
