1998年7月15日 · In this study we report the cloning of the murine CCR8 receptor (mCCR8). mCCR8 is also expressed mainly in the thymus. In the periphery, mCCR8 mRNA was found in significant amounts only in activated Th2 T cells. These cells respond in chemotaxis assays to known CCR8 ligands.
