2022年3月18日 · CD3 gamma, delta and epsilon defects cause autosomal recessive severe combined immunodeficiency (no T cells, although B cells and NK cells are normal) (Pediatr Allergy Immunol 2013;24:257, OMIM: 608971 - Severe Combined Immunodeficiency [Accessed 21 March 2022], Curr Opin Allergy Clin Immunol 2004;4:479)
Pathology Outlines - T cell large granular lymphocytic leukemia
2020年1月13日 · Mature CD3 positive T cells, usually coexpress NK cell associated markers (CD16 and CD57), with variable expression of other pan T cell markers such as CD2, CD5, CD7; 25% of cases are KIR restricted CD4- CD8+ T cell type being the most common, followed by TCRγδ+ T cell type, CD4+ CD8- T cell type, TCRαβ+ CD4- CD8- T cell type and rarely ...

Pathology Outlines - Indolent T lymphoblastic proliferations
2022年4月19日 · Interspersed within the paracortical areas are increased CD3+ / TdT+ positive T cells without aberrant antigen expression. The presence of immature T cells in association with hyaline vascular Castleman disease has been reported and typically shows indolent behavior. Clinical correlation is recommended. 2025年1月30日 · Positive and negative regulator of T cell receptor (TCR) signaling (J Leukoc Biol 2019;105:891) Acts as a negative regulator of the T cell receptor by decreasing excessive signaling and thereby preventing overactivation of T cells Involved in the differentiation and regulation of a subset of B cells (B1a) (Front Immunol 2018;9:2900)
Pathology Outlines - T cell / histiocyte rich LBCL
2025年1月2日 · The background small lymphocytes consist mostly of T cells positive for CD3, CD5 and CD45 with approximately equal numbers of CD8+ T cells and CD4+ T cells. The CD21 and CD23 stains are negative for follicular dendritic cell networks. The CD68 stain highlights numerous histiocytes, which show normal coexpression of CD4 and CD45.
Pathology Outlines - Lymphoplasmacytic lymphoma
2023年9月27日 · CD3 highlights scattered interstitial T lymphocytes, ranging from 2% to 5%. CD138 highlights scattered plasma cells, focally forming small clusters, accounting for approximately 5% of the total cells. By in situ hybridization (ISH), the plasma cells are positive for kappa light chain and negative for lambda light chain.
Pathology Outlines - CD38
2023年5月18日 · Comment: The needle core biopsy demonstrates a dense infiltration by a clonal plasma cell population with kappa light chain restriction. The neoplastic plasma cells are positive for CD38, CD138 and CD79a. Lambda light chains, CD20 and CD43 are not expressed. There are only scattered CD3 positive T cells. There is no amyloid deposition.
Pathology Outlines - Lymphocyte maturation
2023年9月28日 · Most specific T cell marker appears to be cytoplasmic CD3 During thymic maturation sequence, T cells are initially double negative for CD4 and CD8 (pro and prethymocytes), then double positive (cortical thymocytes), then express either CD4 or CD8 (medullary thymocytes) In NK cells, rearrangements of T cell receptor genes do not occur ...
