Positive staining is seen in different types of macrophages of monocyte lineage and antibodies also reacts with myeloid precursor cells in the bone marrow.

2019年2月1日 · Chromogenic IHC experiments were performed on serial cryostat sections and paraffin sections of human tonsils. We stained for CD31 (PECAM1), SMA, SDF-1α (CXCL12) and its receptor CXCR4, CD68 (GP110) and Ki67. We compared AEC and DAB for their use as chromogens for IHC.
