It is done at the main building, inside the customer service office (bring your IC/Singpass). I also received the training booklet on the same day.

A Class 3A driving licence allows you to drive motor cars without clutch pedals of unladen weight not exceeding 3000 kg with not more than 7 passengers, exclusive of the driver.
