On the 325 class page, we find that the unit was repainted with a new yellow bonnet livery, then retired to the CF7 rebuild program to emerge from Cleburne in December of 1976 as CF7 number 2473. On the CF7 pages, we find that 2473 was one of the last to be rebuilt with a rounded cab.
