2025年2月12日 · CGC will absolutely listen to any evidence you have and re-evaluate a book for the possibility that they made a mistake, and correct it if your evidence demonstrates that they did. Most of the time though, they didn't (make a mistake).

2025年3月12日 · There are certain specific defects/flaws (including an interior page cutout) that a CGC Grader is sometimes permitted to ignore (or not account for) when assigning a grade to a book. If the Grader elects to go this route, the book will be awarded a Qualified Grade based on its "otherwise" condition (its condition aside from the qualifying defect).
