They are the biggest I'd go on a Jeep that mostly sees street use. Anything more and it feels like you've jumped into "too tall to go get ice cream in" territory. fhoehle and Glenn like this.

2014年2月22日 · I have a fully locked CJ5 with a 258, T18 transmission, 3.15 low transfer case, Dana 30 front and corporate rear with solid axles. I have been running 33's without trouble for a while and have concern about the strength of the axles with 35's which I would like to run.

2024年12月2日 · Many are about 32, and a few (very few most likely) are near their 33" rating. Good luck with the caster issue. But air pressure and the other major alignment adjustments are just as important to stability.

2021年12月30日 · If you go 32" and 3.54 is already set up in the axles you might want to give it a try first. Like I said above I was counting on a regear but have been pleasantly surprised by the driveability with 32" tires, NP435 and 3.54 gears. If you have to set up gears anyway, I would go 3.73 with 32"s and 4.11 with the 33's.
