2010年4月4日 · Question- I had a ckc, ecc and d&c on Feb. 25. I experienced a bit of spotting after the surgery for about a week and then got my period, right on time. It has been 5 weeks and I have begun spotting again! Is this normal? At my 2 week follow up, the dr. did say the stitches were not out and when they did come out, I

ECC vs Endocervical sampling/biopsy vs Cone - HealthBoards …
2009年8月31日 · I know the ECC is a sort of pap smear in the cervical canal. I think there are two different tools the doctor can use to do an ECC. I know the different cone biopsies include LEEP/Lletz and cold knife cone biopsies. Those involve the doctor removing tissue deep in the cervical canal and a wider swath of cervix at the bottom.
Cancer: Cervical & Ovarian: CIN III with glandular involvement
2010年7月15日 · Short version, I had a CKC in May. Margins were clear but ECC showed glandular involvement. MD says I have an aggressive form of oncogenic HPV. My gyn scheduled me for a pelvic ultrasound, LEEP and endometrial. Is LEEP appropriate for an endocervical biopsy or is ECC a better method? I'm also concerned about
Cancer: Cervical & Ovarian: CIN III with glandular involvement
2010年3月9日 · I tested positive for HPV/dna in December of 2007. In February of 2008 I had my colposcopy which showed that my outer cervix was fine, but the ECC showed that I had "atypical glandular epithelial lesions" and adenocarcinoma in situ. In March I had a cold knife cone (CKC) biopsy. Before all of that I knew very little about HPV or cervical cancer.

Cancers - Cancer: Cervical & Ovarian: Just diagnosed with AIS...
2010年2月15日 · My outer cervix looked fine, so the gyn didn't need to take a biopsy, but she decided to do an ECC. The ECC showed "atypical glandular epithelial lesions" and "adenocarcinoma in situ". Two weeks later I had a CKC (along with another ECC, D&C, and uterine biopsy). Everything was fine except for the CKC; it showed adenocarcinoma Ia1.

2010年4月4日 · I spotted for a good 10 days. I think I had a period a few weeks later, but don't know if I had another one the next month or not. My periods, at that point were really wonky and with all of the events/trauma that I had over a 6 month period (UFE, colpo/ECC, CKC/etc, and eventually a hyst), I think my body didn't follow any "normal" schedule.
difference between endocervical curettage and Endometrial Biopsy
2009年11月20日 · However, in about 3/10 cases it is glandular. In the instances of glandular involvement, a doctor will typically do an endometrial biopsy (during the CKC) to determine if the glandular cells in the uterus are involved or not. If you have squamous cell dysplasia, at your age, I don't think an ECC would be deemed appropriate.
