The Yamaha CLP-785 is still a very responsive and nuanced action, probably because of the counterweights, and I actually found it easier to control in some elements than the N1X which I later owned. But the Casio is much better in touchweight, response, and MIDI output.

2010年3月21日 · Hi I own a CLP 785 since almost a year. My main reason to buy the 785 was the binaural sound via headphones as I play about 90% with headphones. It's way better than the CA99 via headphones. A second reason were the two different grand sounds in the CLP.

2022年1月30日 · So I got my CLP-785 in early Jan-2022 with firmware 1.03. Been playing for hours and hours on it and it just keeps getting better. I distinctly have the impression that both the action and the speakers have been getting better with playing time. Break-in for speakers is nothing unusual, but for the action of a digital piano this seems odd to me.
