2012年12月16日 · It should come with the correct M8 bolts to screw into the cp3 gear, atleast mine did. If you need a pic of it let me know and I'll get one for you. I ran that setup for about a year until I went to the 80 overs and it did well. I was able to run as much duration as I wanted with the stock injectors and the pump not keeping up was never an issue.

2018年4月5日 · Getting the nut off can be tough without a vise. I used a steel universal jaw type filter wrench to hold the cam gear against the table, put my wrench on and pulled against the table. To remove the gear use a 3 jaw puller and impact wrench.

2017年4月23日 · My new CP3 pump failed after about 125 miles on the truck. I would like to know what could have been the cause? Also... I can't get the pump shaft off of the gear. There seem to be two plugs that look freeze plugs blew out. Gear is seized on the pump shaft.

The gear is a taper fit with no key way, so once the gear is loose all you have to do is rotate the engine to retime the cp3 in relation to the engine. I did mine twice before I found the magic spot, but it ended up about 60 degrees from where it was.
