The Malta Association of Psychotherapists is an independent, inclusive organization uniting psychotherapists from various orientations to advance psychotherapy. It focuses on theory, practice, education, and research development while collaborating with national and international professional bodies and exploring membership expansion.

Continuous professional development (CPD) is the ongoing process of developing, maintaining and documenting your professional skills, knowledge and development. CPD is mandatory for all warranted psychotherapists. It benefits clients, psychotherapists, employers, other stakeholders and society as a whole.
