CPV O-SEAL® and Mark VIII® fittings are installed on critical gas and fluid services worldwide in Navy, marine, aerospace, petrochemical, power and other industrial applications. O-SEAL® fittings are selected for pipe sizes from 1/8” through 2.50”; Mark VIII® for tubing sizes to 2.00”.

CPV seals are double-acting piston seals, the profile (fig. 4) have a polyester-based polyurethane (AU) slide ring. These profiles are developed for pressures up to 345 bar (5 000 psi) and suitable for light to medium duty applications. They are available in inch sizes where O-ring dash-number housings are used.

CPV seals are inch sized, double-acting piston seals with a polyurethane slide ring and a nitrile rubber O-ring energizer. Notches in the slide ring edges enable rapid pressurization of the seal to react quickly to changes in pressure and direction.

CPV valves operate in high pressure applications up to 6000 psig (select products to 7500 psig) for critical gases such as Hydrogen, Helium, Oxygen, Argon, CO2, mixed gases and specialty gases.
