CQI is rooted in the belief that there is always room for growth and even the most well-established practices can benefit from continuous improvement.

What is a CQI plan? A CQI plan is an organization’s roadmap for improving its services, processes, capacity, and outcomes.3 It guides the organization and its key collaborators and stakeholders through the process of monitoring services and using data as part of everyday practice to improve outcomes.
