A murder investigation begins when Garda Conall Ó Súilleabháin's missing mother is discovered buried on a bog. Conall is forbidden from working the case but that's not going to stop him. Meanwhile, a young journalist, Ciara-Kate, decides to produce a podcast about the case.

Crá (stylised as CRÁ, Irish for Torment) is an Irish murder mystery television series. It premiered on TG4 on 11 November 2024, BBC Northern Ireland on 17 November 2024 and BBC Four on 11 January 2025. A body discovered in an Irish bog is identified as the missing mother of a Garda (policeman) who is then forbidden to join in the investigation.

The community gather to watch the crime reconstruction on national television. The programme unearths a new prime suspect, a close friend of Art and Sabine, and a pillar of the community.
