Open Monday–Friday, 8am–8pm; Saturday/Sunday, 9am–5pm. Clinical & Support Options (CSO) offers nonprofit community behavioral and mental health services at locations across Western Massachusetts, including clinic sites in Springfield, Northampton, Amherst, Greenfield, Pittsfield, Gardner and Athol.

CSO recruits healthcare professionals (therapists, counselors, social workers, RNs, nurse practitioners, psychiatrists, etc.) to deliver nonjudgmental, trauma-informed care.
