Corporation food services provides convenient, reasonably-priced meals at various locations throughout campus. We have over 15 restaurants and markets on campus.

A food scientist studies the physical, microbiological and chemical makeup of food and examines how it is grown and/or manufactured, processed, preserved, packaged, transported, and otherwise prepared according to industry and government specifications and regulations.

Through CSUN Dining, TUC provides convenient, reasonably-priced meals at various locations throughout the CSUN campus. Our dining facilities includes national franchises as Burger King, Juice It Up, Subway, El Pollo Loco and Panda Express.

Located at Arbor Court, the Arbor Grill offers a variety of snacks, drinks, and entrees. A CSUN original coffee house with five locations: one at the Matador Bookstore (larger location), the Sierra Center, in the Oviatt Library, at Arbor Court, and the University Student Union.

From vibrant salads packed with fresh ingredients to lean protein dishes that taste as good as they are for you, Arbor Grill has something for everyone. And don’t miss their awesome breakfast special, meal deals, and rotating pizza specials—there’s always something new to try! The Arbor Market is the ultimate snack and convenience stop on campus.

Residential dining services will remain open in Spring 2021 for housing residents. Residents living in Student Housing who purchase a meal plan can access residential dining at the Geronimo’s dining facility, which now offers a convenient pop-up Matador Mercado.

Increase the percentage of sustainably sourced foods offered by CSUN dining services. Work with CSUN’s dining vendor to promote healthy and sustainable menu options. Host a sustainability-themed meal at least once per semester.
