University Village Apartments (UVA) is on-campus living for students attending CSUSM. This apartment-style community offers a variety of apartment styles and room options in a newly-renovated community conveniently located on campus.

UVA Double | $11,000 This room type varies between three to four bedroom apartments. There are a total of two people in the bedroom and there can be anywhere between six to seven people in the apartment.

UVA offers triple, double, and single occupancy bed space options, along with single occupancy studios. Located just below campus across from The Sports Center. Amenities are shared between all CSUSM Housing residents. Your apartment key will grant you access to spaces specific to your property.

2012年9月12日 · Though The QUAD is expanding, many residents choose to live in The UVA, where having a roommate is an option, the fully-furnished bedrooms have extra long twin beds, a dresser, a computer desk and a fully furnished living room.

2022年4月19日 · UVA was nice but I preferred the Quad (at the time it was about $200/month more expensive). If the Quad is full or if you’re priced out I would still recommend UVA because on-campus living is a really fantastic experience IMO.
