2015年5月19日 · EMD's styling department got it the first time around. These are called "GP38-3". The flashers are indicative of remote control equipment being installed. CSX is also rebuilding GP40-2s into "GP40-3". Those are in the 6500 series. There are at least a dozen of those on the road now. Personally, I don't care for the new cab design.
