RPRX 2403 at the NS Shops in Altoona, PA. This unit was rebuilt from RPRX GG20B 2403 by Throughbred Mechanical Services in Altoona. This unit was orignially Soo Line GP9 402. The unit has not been completely repainted yet, and still retains RPRX Green Goat letting on the cab.
