2013年1月24日 · We are currently using Microsoft Unified Messaging with CUCM 8.5 through a SIP trunk. This is working flawlessly and has been for the year now that it has been in place. Kudos to Microsoft and Cisco for good collaboration. Presently we are looking to move our Exchange service into the Office365 system and eliminate any on-premise installations.

2020年3月8日 · I'm trying to migrate CUCM 8.0.2 to 12.5 (Lab environment) using PCD 12.5. I checked the supported release matrix in PCD and this should be possible. I've been able to discover the old cluster (Publisher + Subscriber), add destination ESXi hosts and add the migration task, which started fine.

UCM cluster nodes require fixed capacity points with fixed-configuration VMs in the Cisco-provided OVA for UCM. For a given capacity point (such as the 10K user VM), the virtual hardware specs represent the minimum for that capacity point.
