2008年11月5日 · If you need, contact your court administrator and have them get you the CVB district court training booklet. That should show you the information you need. Basically in the offense charged box, you should put 18 USC 13 because that is the offense since you are assimilating the state charge.

Now you could have your base commander establish a traffic court, where offenses can be punished through NJP with reductions in pay or rank, but I doubt you will convince a CO or JAG to go along with it, let alone staff it, and then it would only apply to ...
