§ 23103 VC - Reckless Driving - California Law & Penalties

Reckless driving itself is defined as driving “a vehicle upon a highway in willful or wanton disregard for the safety of persons or property…” Under subsection (b) of California Vehicle Code § 23103, this crime can be committed also in an off-street parking facility.
