The CY-BOCS-II is a revised version of the original CY-BOCS, 1 which is a clinican-rated measure of obsessive-compulsive symptom severity in children. As discussed above, the CY-BOCS-II was developed to address emergent concerns about the original CY-BOCS measure regarding specific items and the sensitivity of the entire scale.
